What: Exercise programmes for older adults and people living with chronic conditions and disability. Aims to improve physical, social and mental wellbeing. Exercise sessions are delivered in community-based classes or as one-to-one sessions, both in-person or online. Community-based classes occur in locations across the country, and trainers can visit your home for one-to-one in-person sessions.
Programmes are delivered by Physical Trainers with specialist training and a degree in Sports Science (or similar) who can understand the ability of each participant and tailor the programme to their needs.
There is a range of class types to choose from: Strength & Balance; Circuit Class; Mobility & Stretch; Strength Circuit; Seated Circuit.

Cost: Online classes: one month free trial, €18 per month after that. Community classes: €5 per class. One-to-one at home: €35 per session
