What : Exercise and rehabilitation classes with medical exercise specialists. Clinic X specialises in personalised exercise and rehabilitation programmes which meet clients’ individual needs and abilities. A team of experienced fitness trainers with specialist cancer rehabilitation training (CanRehab) provide group classes and one-to-one training. Classes are customised, supportive, friendly, interactive and inclusive in a safe, monitored and welcoming environment.  

Where: Strandhill, Sligo. Online  option available.

For Who: For people with and chronic illness including people before and after cancer 

Cost: €80 for 8 in-person classes per month. €50 for 8 cancer-specific online classes per month  

How: Self-referral. Referral from GP or consultant accepted.

Medical clearance is required prior to joining a class – Clinic X provide a form which GPs / consultants can complete
