Level Two Aerobic Exercise

A moderate intensity circuits plan to help your general fitness and functioning levels.

Aim to complete these exercises 3-5 times per week or as you feel able.

Strengthening exercises

These exercises will help to keep your muscles strong.

You can aim to complete strengthening exercises twice a week. Remember to leave a rest day between strength training sessions.

Stretch and cool down

A video to help you cool down through stretches and breathing.

It’s important to cool down after every exercise session that you do.
