What: Medical exercise programme aiming to improve quality of live through exercise intervention. Can address side effects of cancer such as weakness, poor fitness, fatigue, poor balance, low mood and pain. We cater for a whole range of illness’s, diseases, pain, injury, pre/post surgery. 

Begins with an initial assessment with an exercise physiologist, which will involve detailed assessment of medical history, baseline physical assessment and outlining a suitable exercise plan. Options for plans include a 6-week program with 2 one-to-one sessions per week, or ‘Optimum Healthcare programme’ with 1 one-to-one session per week and full access to Medfit’s medical exercise gym. 

Sessions available in-person or online.

Cost: Initial consultation 1 hour €140. 6-week rehabilitation programmes from €720. Optimum Healthcare programme €224
