What: Pilates classes and one-to-one sessions following the Pink Ribbon programme, which aims to address the needs and challenges facing anyone recovering from breast cancer treatment. Specially trained instructors guide you through exercises focusing on rehabilitating the chest, shoulders and upper back before and after breast cancer surgery and treatment. Online option available.
