Cork ARC Cancer Support House, Bantry
What: Cork ARC Cancer Support House in Bantry provides exercise services as well as a wide range of other supports for people at any stage of cancer care and for their loved ones, including information, survivorship care, practical support and emotional support.
Exercise services are:
- Get Active for Men – a 12-week programme involving exercise, peer support and education on topics such as nutrition, sleep and stress management.
