Purple House Cancer Support Centre, Wicklow 

What: Physiotherapy-led exercise classes in specially-built cancer rehabilitation gym. 10-week programme, suitable for before, during and after cancer treatment. This service aims to improve fitness, strength and balance, and can address side effects of cancer treatment such as fatigue, pain and breathlessness. Additional services are available within the cancer support centre for people with cancer and their families. 

Where: Purple House Cancer Support Centre, 2 Duncairn Terrace, Quinsborough Road, Bray, Co Wicklow 

For Who: For people with any type of cancer. 

Cost: No cost; a discretionary donation is welcome, if possible. 

How: Self-referral. Signed medical clearance to exercise is required.
