Project Revive – Pink Ribbon Pilates

What: One-to-one Pilates classes with experienced Pink Ribbon Pilates instructor, Hayley Killen. Personalised assessment and programme considers client’s individual needs, treatment history, level of fitness and lymphoedema status. Once strength and confidence is developed, clients can join group Pilates classes offered on site.
