ExWell Medical – across Ireland

What: Community-based supervised exercise classes, home-based programmes and online classes for people with long term illness, including cancer. Classes encourage participants to become fit and active in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment. A one-to-one assessment and induction with an experienced fitness instructor is held before joining a class. 

One-to-one exercise coaching is also available, in-person or online. 

ExWell Medical is a not-for profit company that has over 600 patient visits per week, with strong connections with local hospital physicians and GPs.

Cost: €60 monthly for 8 classes a month. €40 monthly for 4 classes a month.
