Treatments are fully adapted to diagnosis, treatment history, and current health status. Sessions may include massage, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation-based support techniques to assist with symptoms such as fatigue, pain, oedema, peripheral neuropathy, nausea, scar tissue, and sleep disturbance.
• Movement is Medicine Classes: Our classes pair evidence-based movement with a supportive community to strengthen both physical recovery and mental well-being. Whether you are about to start treatment, currently in treatment, or navigating life post-recovery, these classes bridge clinical care and wellness. For all mobility levels. Yoga: Chair based classes led by a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and Pilates: Specialist Nurse-Led CanRehab Pilates (chair options provided)
• Functional Medicine & Naturopathic Support: A comprehensive 90-minute consultation with our functional medicine practitioner and naturopath, including a detailed review of medical history and available GP or lab results. Guests receive a personalised protocol with targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, plus a clear roadmap to support recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Suitable for individuals living with or beyond cancer, or other chronic illness.
