Cancer Care West, Galway 

What: Physiotherapy-led cancer rehabilitation in a cancer support centre with a gym specially-built for people with cancer. Weekly exercise classes, individual assessment and bespoke programmes, as well as drop-in gym classes. Focus of the service is on improving fitness, strength, balance, and other side effect of cancer such as pain, fatigue, anxiety and low mood.  

In-person, online and hybrid options available.

How: Self-referral. Referrals from GP, consultants, Allied Health Professionals accepted.
