Siel Bleu, Baldoyle
What: An exercise class for older adults and people living with chronic conditions and disability which aims to improve physical, social and mental wellbeing. Programmes are delivered by Physical Trainers with specialist training and a degree in Sports Science (or similar) who can understand the ability of each participant and tailor the programme to their needs. There is no need to book in advance – you can attend on the day and complete a screening form before the class.
