Arlene Ryan Pilates – Pink Ribbon Pilates

What: Pilates classes with qualified Pilates instructor trained in Pink Ribbon programme. One-to-one sessions over 8 weeks, in studio or in-person at home. The Pink Ribbon programme aims to help regain strength and mobility and support people to return to exercise.
