Athlone Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic 

What: Physiotherapy and pilates delivered by a physiotherapist with special interest in cancer care. Sessions focus on exercise guidance and progression, breathing exercises, pacing of exercise routines and prescription of specific physiotherapy exercises where needed. Addresses side effects of cancer, including weakness, reduced fitness, fatigue, poor balance and pain. 

Sessions available in-person or online, as per patient’s preference.

For who: For anyone with or after cancer. Pilates classes are open to all (not cancer-specific) 

Cost: One-to-one physiotherapy session or Pilates class €60, 6-week Pilates programmes €50 – €60
